I have been racing triathlons and duathlons for nearly 30 years. I also spent a significant number of years as a competitive bodybuilder winning state and regional titles, obviously not recently. I enjoy helping others reach their goals and setting new and higher goals. I have been teaching elementary physical education for nearly 20 years now and collegiate physical education for over 20 years. I am the head cross country coach for Fayetteville City Middle and High School teams. I am a highly competitive person and always strive for my best, however, I also enjoy the success of others at life and racing. I strive to maintain and live high character and moral standards and to be a positive example especially for my own children and family.
Short Term Goals
Had to do a training restart due to illness, so my short term goals are to resume full training over a 6-8 week period of time, then hopefully see my race fitness return.
Long Term Goals
To get back to consistent training 10-12 hours a week and get my fitness up and my bodyfat back down for some much more effective racing.
